There be句型是英语中常用句型，意思是“有”，示意“人或事物的存在”或“某地有某物”。There在此结构中是指导词，已经没有副词“那里”的寄义。

　　就近原则，即谓语与最靠近它的主语在“人称”和“数”上保持一致。在there be句型中，若是“be”后的主语是由and毗邻的两个或两个以上的名词，be的形式要遵照就近原则的原则。也就是说，“be”的形式是由与它最近的谁人名词来确定的。若谁人名词是单数或不能数名词要用is , 是复数就用are.

　　4.there be 结构中除可以用be 外，还可以用其它动词。例如：

　　否认句

　　1.There be 句型的否认句组成方式是将否认副词not放在be 之后，如：

　　There isn’t a box in the room.房间里没有盒子。

　　There aren’t any pens on the desk.课桌上没有钢笔。

　　疑问句

　　2.There be 句型的一样平常疑问句是将be 放在主语there 之前，回覆时用yes或no，后接简朴答语。如：

　　Is there a cake on the table?桌子上有块蛋糕吗？
